Web Shop Give Away

How late it this post?  Well, today I was due to collect my calendars from the printers by midday.  However, best laid plans and all that.  I got a message to say that it will be ready after 4pm.  So I then arranged for the girls to go to a neighbours house,  as going to the printers is not their idea of fun.  Then  at 4.15pm I hit a huge traffic jam, stuck for forty minutes and dinner was late!  Also I hadn't factored in the loss of daylight, hence the last shot of the calendar has a yellow tinge.  I will update the calendar shots as and when.  I hope that you will enter my giveaway to mark my new webshop, please feel free to re-blog.  I am giving away a set of for textured postcards and one of my mini calendar.  To enter please leave a comment.  Entry to the giveaway closes 1st Nov 2013 at 10am and the winner will be drawn later that day.  Many thanks for all your, visits and comments, I really do apprecaite them.  

Random Tuesday

It has been an exhausting start to this term, I have been busy trying to organise my shoot diary, home, girls new term timetable and web shop.  There is still a fair amount to do, but I it will be ongoing, please bear with me if my posts and blog vists are not as regular as usual.  It celebration of the redesigned shop I will be posting a Friday giveaway.  Please pop by and re-post if you fancy it.  I shoot these to welcome the Autumn in!

Lights on

With the autumn days drawing to close, I'm losing the afternoon light, that I love so much.  So I am trying out my new 35mm lens with the lights on!  We are counting down the days until half term as we are already a little weary.  Also the last weekend in October is my second craft fair in Brighton.  Loving wearing my new winter coat (Navy with three buttons and waist detail), I cannot help when wearing it to pretend that I am a gallery owner!

Random Tuesday

It is all about the last hours of sun and light.  They are predicting a change in climate this coming weekend, so we are putting household errands on hold and making the most of outdoor living, come the rain we stay in a lot more.

Still Life - Thistle Study

The weather is really holding out.  I feel like I am able to ease myself into Autumn with readiness.  Currently thinking about what this season is bringing.  I have signed up for four craft events, my first real season doing this.  I've got a busy week working with my printers on calendars and new prints.  Also my online web shop is up and running, but still needs a few tweak.

This morning I spent the best part of the day working on my webshop, honestly it took a lot longer than I anticipated.  No doubt it will be ongoing for the best part of this week.  Hopefully I will be able to show you a sneak at the calendar I've been working on too.  Still addicted to Pinterest and would like to thank you for those following me Pinterest, I feel so inspired by the images that is out there.

Sunday Afternoon Walk

It was the L's first outting with my old camera.  We decided to go for a walk around Lewes.  Love the sunshine on autumn days.  C decide that her favourite seat is on Daddy's lap.  This week I will be visiting the printers, preparing for craft stalls with the run up to Christmas!!
