Hoping for Sunny Days

Even though the sun shone today, I missed the best part of today due to errands.  Currently drowning in my sea of ironing (some think I iron too much).  I found this smaller jug and silver plated plate in our local charity shop.  Today made me feel hopefully for some sunny days.

  1. Nice finds, every week I look in our local charity shop and somehow I am never lucky. Super still life, like the calm quiet colours.
My life is full of chores most of the time I feel snowed under with them. x

    1. Honestly we only have a handful of shops in our village and so sometimes, all you can do is pop into the charity shops for a little shopping fix!!!!!
But the silver plate, was something I have been after for a while.

    1. Naomi, really hope that you get some sunshine too, thinking of you working nights, my friend is a nurse and works nights two/three times a week as it works when juggling childcare. Most weeks she is fine, but every now and then it takes its toll.
      Thanks again, Dawn xx

    1. Thank you, now we do have grey walls in our house, but actually the walls are slipper satin from Farrow and Ball (cream like).
My favourite grey is Farrow and Ball's Lamp Room or Pavilion Grey, hope that helps, Dawn xx
